The form on each villa's page sends us a request, not a booking. We check your dates and reply to you personally.

Your booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing, by email or WhatsApp, and [the deposit is received]. Until then, the dates can still be booked by someone else.

Prices are per night for the whole villa, in euros. The total shown in the calendar is the price we quote for your dates, and later price changes don't affect it.

You don't pay anything on this website. When we confirm your dates, we send you the payment details.

If we ever have to cancel your booking, we refund everything you have paid.

• We send you the exact address and arrival details once your booking is confirmed.
• Check-in and check-out times are on each villa's page. Ask us if you need different times, and we'll help where we can.
• No more guests may stay than the villa sleeps, as listed on its page.
• Please follow the villa's house rules, and tell us about any damage so we can fix it for the next guests.

If anything goes wrong, contact us first and we'll do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by Greek law.
